Clear Pricing. No Insurance Games.
One flat onboarding fee that covers everything it takes to get started. One flat monthly rate that covers everything it takes to keep you well. Nothing else — no surprise charges, no tiers, no upsells.
Your Physician Answers to You.
Insurance-driven menopause care is built around billing codes and 10-minute slots. We chose cash-pay so your physician has an unhurried 45-minute intake, time to read your full labs, and the freedom to prescribe what your biology actually needs — not what a plan will cover.
For most women, the total Orvi spend works out close to the combined out-of-pocket cost of specialist visits, hormones, and labs in traditional care — without the friction. For some it’s more; for some it’s less. Either way you’re buying a different kind of attention.
Two Steps, One Story.
The $297 gets you started. The $147/month keeps you well. That’s it.- ✓No insurance claims, no coded explanations of benefits
- ✓The $297 is charged only after you’re accepted AND choose to proceed
- ✓The $147/month begins at month two, after the 30-day follow-up
- ✓Cancel anytime. No long-term contract.
- ✓If labs show hormone therapy isn’t the right fit, your onboarding fee is refunded in full.

Pricing Questions.
Is insurance ever accepted?+
No. Orvi is cash-pay by design. Itemized receipts are available on request if you’d like to submit to HSA or FSA.
What if I’m accepted but my labs suggest hormone therapy isn’t a fit?+
Your $297 onboarding fee is refunded in full. Some women applying are earlier in the transition than systemic therapy warrants, or have non-hormonal routes that fit better. In either case, honesty comes before the sale.
When does the $147/month start?+
Month two. The onboarding fee covers month one. Your first $147/month charge happens after your 30-day follow-up, when you and your physician have confirmed the protocol is working.
Is there a cancellation fee?+
No. You can cancel at any time. If you cancel before the first monthly charge, you stop paying. If you cancel mid-month, the current month is already fulfilled — no partial refunds on medication you’ve received, but no additional charges.
Do the lab costs come out of the $297?+
Yes — lab coordination and ordering are included. Some insurance plans cover the actual draw fee at the walk-in lab; if not, LabCorp/Quest cash prices are typically $30–$80 for the full Orvi panel.
