Built for the Woman No One Was Listening To.
Orvi was built because too many women reach their late 40s and early 50s still searching for a clinician who takes their symptoms seriously. We believe menopause deserves medicine — and medicine deserves time.
The Six-Minute Visit Isn’t Menopause Medicine.
The U.S. has roughly one OB-GYN for every 5,000 women, a shrinking number of menopause specialists, and a healthcare system that gives the average primary-care visit less than ten minutes. Menopause — a multi-year hormonal transition affecting mood, sleep, cognition, body composition, bone density, and cardiovascular risk — is not a ten-minute conversation.
Orvi was built so that conversation can actually happen. Our model gives the physician an unhurried 45-minute intake, access to a comprehensive hormonal panel, and the ability to follow you across the arc of the transition rather than a single appointment.
Evidence-Based. Individualized. Unhurried.
The physicians in the Orvi network use current menopause-medicine research as their baseline and your specific labs, history, and goals as the fine-tuning. Bioidentical hormones are the default when indicated. Non-hormonal approaches are used when they’re the better fit. Testosterone is considered seriously, not dismissed, because midlife women often benefit from it and rarely get the chance.
Above all, the work is individualized. The protocol for a 44-year-old with raging perimenopause insomnia is not the protocol for a 58-year-old with post-menopausal GSM. Both deserve a plan built for them.

Platform + Independent Medical Practices.
Orvi Health, Inc. operates as a non-clinical technology and operational platform. The company does not practice medicine and does not make clinical decisions.
All medical care — lab interpretation, diagnosis, protocol design, prescribing, and follow-up — is provided by independent, physician-owned medical practices and their licensed clinicians. Every physician in the network is board-certified and licensed in the state in which she sees patients.
This structure is standard across modern telehealth and ensures that clinical decisions remain in the hands of licensed clinicians exercising independent medical judgment.
Four Non-Negotiables.
Time
A 45-minute intake, real quarterly check-ins, and the physician’s direct attention between. Menopause isn’t a quick visit.
Evidence
Protocols rooted in current menopause-medicine research, not on what the system reimburses most easily.
Individualization
Your labs and your life. Not a template, not a questionnaire shortcut, not the same plan as the woman before you.
Honesty
If hormone therapy isn’t the right fit, we say so. The onboarding fee is refunded. The truth is always cheaper than the wrong protocol.
